Terms
Limited guarantee
JANSSEN takes pride in the products we make and guarantees to the original purchaser ("you") that all products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Guarantee Period (outlined below), subject to the following conditions.
Conditions for Guarantee Approval:
- You must purchase the product from a JANSSEN website, store, or authorized dealer.
- You must return the product to JANSSEN.
- You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with its care instructions.
Every JANSSEN product is covered for five (5) years from the original date of purchase. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse or neglect.
- Unauthorised modifications or third-party repairs.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's function.
- Loss or theft of the product.
Contact us via the contact page with your order number and a few photos of the issue. Our team reviews every claim within five working days — we then repair, replace or refund, whichever gets you riding again fastest.
